- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following items on a Sole Source basis from Rational Software Development Company; 5 Rational APEX ADA 95/83 Sun SPARC Solaris License flotation, concurrent license usage with existing HP Licenses from SO# 540060 (part number 3120-09943) and 5 AXI for Rational Apex ADA 95/83 SUN SPARC Solaris License Floating (part number 3120-09958). The closing date is 23 July 2002. Anticipated award dates is 25 July 2002. Delivery shall be in 10 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at SD12@nswc.navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Division, Attn: XDS125, Bldg. 183, Room 104, 17320 Dahlgren Rd. , Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
