Description

This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. Proposals will be requested based upon this solicitation. This procurement is for computer hardware and software for the Department of the Interior, Office of Trust Records, Albuquerque, New Mexico. This solicitation will be for configuration of a specific make and model. NO OTHERS will be considered. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, and received within 30 calendar days from the award. Inside delivery/acceptance will be to: Department of the Interior, Office of Trust Records, 6301 Indian School Rd, NE, STE 300, Albuquerque NM 87110, Attention: Rick Namm. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items shall apply. Offerors shall include with their offer a completed copy of the provision of FAR 212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR Clauses, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Contidition-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this procurement. All items provided shall be warranted.
