- NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center at White Sands Missile Range intends to solicit for nonpersonal services to perform research, development, and engineering support to the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) in the areas of electronic warfare vulnera bility assessment support, platform survivability enhancement, information operations vulnerability/survivability assessment, meteorological integration, modeling and analysis and homeland defense. The proposed contract will be a Historically Black Colleg e and University and Minority Institution (HBCU/MI) set aside, cost reimbursement, no-fee for a period of five years. See Note 5.
