- NA The Huntington District requires an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for Cultural Resources Management and Related Services for the Huntington District. The selection criterion is listed below in descending order of importance. All responsive proposals sh all be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Qualified Personnel in the Key Disciplines, (b) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, c) Capacity to Accomplish the Work, (d) Past Performance on DoD and other contracts with respect to co st control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules and (e) Geographic Proximity in relation to the physical location of the Huntington District office. The contract will be awarded for one year with four one-year option periods, for a t otal amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. This procurement is a 100% se t-aside for small business. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
