- NA The U.S. Army TACOM, Warren, MI plans to purchase up to 100 each M878A2 Yard Tractors on a sole source basis from Crane Carrier, Tulsa, OK. This sole source procurement falls under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supp lies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. As a result of this solicitation, a 4 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is planned to be awarded. This solicitation is for a minimum guaranteed of 62 each and a maximum quantit y 100 each. Part Number: CR302D00, NSN: 2320-01-452-5579. Note 22 applies to this solicitation.
