- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC has a requirement for procuring the fabrication of a Combination of Adopted Items for Mounting, Kit, Mine Dispenser: VOLCANO, 2 1/2 Ton Trailer, Towed, Combination of Adopted Items: for Dispenser Mine: M139 (Two Rack System), Test Set, Mine Dispenser: Mounting Plate, and Spare Parts. It is anticipated that there will be a one year option for additional quantities of these items. TACOM-ARDEC intends to satisfy this requirement for the above systems through a sole source contract with Intellitec, Inc., Deland, FL. This action is based on Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). See Numbered Note 22.
