Description

NA NA Best Value Construction Services Task Order Contract (TOC). The USPFO For Michigan is soliciting proposals for a multiple award, multiple discipline, multiple-year maintenance, repair and construction service contract for the Alpena Combat Readiness Tr aining Center, Alpena, MI. Work to be performed at the following National Guard County locations: Alpena and Crawford Counties at a minimum. Multiple awards will be made. Individual task orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competi tive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task Orders may be issued for a period of two(2) calendar years from date of contract award, with option to extend contracts for three (3) additi onal years. Task orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $20 million for the life of the contract. Individual task order will be a minimum of $2,000 and maximum of $2 million. Source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.3 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Project Management ability with an emphasis on Key Management and Support Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability to p erform and Bonding Capability; (2) Past Performance; (3) Subcontracting Support Capability with an emphasis on Subcontract Management, Identification of Key Subcontractors capability, and Purchasing System/Level of Subcontracting; and (4) Price Proposal fo r sample project. Interested parties may request solicitation via our web site http://selfridgecontracting.com All Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award in order to be eligible for award of this c ontract. The CCR web site is as follows: http://www.ccr.gov This solicitation is anticipated to be distributed on or about 15 August 2002. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of solicitation. The following SIC and NAICS codes are applicable to this procurement: SIC 15 and NAICS 23. Small business size is $28.5Million. No telephone requests will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This procurement is unrestricted however small and disadvanta ged businesses are encouraged to apply.
