- Description
- The Contracting Office, Scott AFB IL, intends on making a sole source procurement to ASACA/Shibasoku Corporation , to purchase a D-480 Library Storage Systems Expansion Cabinet and D360/D480 Passthrough Merchanism (Tape Robotic System) (transportation, misc expenses and installation) required to support the USTC Classified Defense DE Server. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals however, the Government will consider all proposals received within the five day closing period of this synopsis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
