- The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed priced contract to purchase a Public Address (PA) Amplifier Test Set. The Test Set is required for the C-17 Aircraft. The national stock number (NSN) for this item is: 6625-01-303-8345BA. The part number (P/N) is: 17G6450504-1. The function of the test set is to perform operational checks and fault isolation on the C-17 PA amplifier. The unit is designed to interface between the PA Amplifier and test equipment (Power supply, function generator, oscilloscope, and multimeter). Dimensions of the required item are: Case size: (approximately) 18 inch width by 12 inch length by 6 inch height. Weight (approximately) 30 LBS. Cable weight: 10 LBS Maximum.
