- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5027. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The Business Size Standard is 500. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335312. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA, has a requirement and acquisition that is Name Brand or Equal. This acquisition is for the products needed for a slip ring assembly and includes Contract Line Item Line (CLIN) 0001: P/N 8051-50-186-72U/S, Coax (Manf: Fabricast), Qty: 1 ea; CLIN 0002: P/N: 8052-675-66-72U/S, Slip Ring (manf: Fabricast, Qty: 1 each ; CLIN 0003: P/N 2984-1504-4-72U-2BR with Modified Cover (Manf: Fabricast), Qty: 1 each; CLIN 0004: Inductosyn Mounting Flange, Adapter, and Bracket, Manf: Fabricast, Qty: 1 set. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
