- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This a small business set-aside. Small business set-aside is 500 employees. Request for Quotation (RFO) 673-99-02 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. North American Industry Classification System is 333921. The requirement is brand name or equal in accordance with VAAR clause 852.211-77. Delivery to be made to James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. Provide by price the following: VAN FOR CONVERSION TO STRETCHER/WHEELCHAIR VAN. # 43-08268, #43-08269, #43-08266. REMOVE EXISTING MID-SHIP AND BENCH SEATING. MODIFY SIDE SWING DOORS TO ACCOMMODATE LIFT. RAISED TOP INCLUDING REINFORCED ROOF SUPPORT SYSTEM, EXTERIOR PAINT, INTERIOR LINER. PROVIDE AND INSTALL 02 MED BOX. PROVIDE AND INSTALL KINEDYNE MANUAL TIE-DOWNS FOR THREE WHEELCHAIRS. PROVIDE AND INSTALL PLYWOOD SUB-FLOOR - NO INTERIOR. REMOVE PLASTIC DOOR COVERS AND REPLACE WITH MAT MATERIAL. PROVIDE AND INSTALL COMMERCIAL WHEELCHAIR LIFT. INSTALL CUSTOMER PROVIDED STRETCHER - RICON LIFT TIE-DOWNS. RAISED SIDE DOORS 6" PAINTED TO MATCH EXTERIOR COLOR OF VEHICLE. PROVIDE AND INSTALL VINYL NON-SKID FLOORING UP TO REAR OF 2 FRONT SEATS. PROVIDE AND INSTALL SINGLE JUMP SEAT.
