- The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) has a requirement to provide labor and materials to install new insulators for towers at Radio Station WWVB, 2000 E. County Rd. 58, Fort Collins, Co. The project consists of the installation of Government furnished guy wire insulators, fabrication and installation of articulators, and relocation of guy wire grounding. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
