PR NO(s): (1) IQC02191009024; NSN: 5962-01-400-6120; Noun.: Microcircuit, Memory Size, Dimensions, or Form, Fit or Function: ITEM NOMENCLATURE: Microcircuit, Memory I/A/W DSCC (67268) DWG SMD 82008, Dated 97-05-29 :Type Number : 8200802JA Various Increments Solicited: Indefinite Quantity Type Contract Solicitation. Current PR Quantity: Estimated Yearly Usage = 986 each Destination(s): Various DSCC Customers and DSCC Stock Locations Delivery Schedule: All Orders; either low priority DVD or Stock will be 180 days All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. However, any source not currently approved for DSCC (67268) DWG SMD 82008 shall be required to be approved prior to award. This Solicitation will require use of the POPS system for award of orders . All responsible offerors must comply with this requirement. The following notes are applicable: Notes 1,9,23, and 26 apply. Copies of this solicitation are available at the address above or by faxing (614) 692-2262. The Small Business size standard is _500____ employees. This solicitation is not available until 14 days after published in the CBD. Federal, Military and Commercial Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. However, Specifications are available. Contact DODISS at Philadelphia. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed __3____ years. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items ? Part numbered items will not be considered. Items must comply with the DSCC Military Specification and be manufactured by sources with QPL approval. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
