- This is a modification to SP070001R4051. This announcement is for part-numbered items manufactured predominantly by Prestolite Electric Inc.(24975). Companies interested in offering on the NSNs, other than authentic Prestolite Electric Inc. parts please contact N.Nack at 614-692-7949. All NSNs are available via the World Wide Web-http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. FSCs to be covered under this project include:3110,3120,5977,6110,6115, 6680,5306,5307,5310,5315,5325,5330,5331,5340 and 2920. Please note that final decision will be based on overall best value to the Government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include Past performance, Proposed delivery, Surge support, Socioeconomic Support, Mentoring Bus.Agreements(MBA) Program and Javits Wagner-O-Day Act Entity Proposal. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. NSNs and Item Description:Various. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration(base plus option years)shall not exceed 10 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class: see aforementioned web site. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
