Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is F29651-02-Q-0426. This requirement is for commercial services. Requisition Number F7SPCE21650100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. The services required for this acquisition are the inspection and load testing of all base hoists in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and on price. Three attachments are included: (1) The solicitation, Standard Form 1449, Solicitation, Offer, and award, containing item description; (2) The Statement of Work; and (3) the applicable Wage Determination 94-2511 REV (21). IMPORTANT NOTICE: You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATA BASE. (REF DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). Please provide estimated schedule or time of completion with quote. See note 1.
