- Description
- MDA intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract to procure approximately 30 man-year equivalents to augment the professional and technical staff of the Deputy for Force Structure Integration and Deployment (MDA/TR). Contractor will provide support in areas including but not limited to: matching Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) capabilities with warfighting requirements; integration, transition and delivery of BMDS capabilities; design, planning, conduct, participation, data collection, and assessment of warfighting exercise scenarios; input to BMDS wargames design; joint, combined and coalition doctrine, concept of operations, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures development; BMDS contingency operations planning and support; program technical, financial, resource and engineering analyses and assessments; military utility analysis/assessments; and planning and administrative support. At least 3 positions will be resident OCONUS providing onsite, In-Theater support to designated Combatant Commanders as directed. Many positions will require frequent OCONUS travel to support wargame and exercise planning and execution. Planned period of performance will include a base year and four one-year options.
