- Performance Period: Award through one year with 9 options. Anticipated Award Date: Nov 2002. Issue date: 31 Aug 2001. NAICS: 541513. Contractor to provide a full service contract to include personnel, equipment, tools, materials, replacement of equipment, parts and materials, supervision, engineering services and other items and services necessary to fulfill the requirements in the Statement of Work which will be provided. It will be necessary for the contractor to have the mandatory certifications power flame boiler multi-fuel burner certification, CenTra Vac systems etc as listed in the SOW and to be GENISIS 32 Computer Monitoring and Control System by ICONICS. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman listed below if your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer.
