- NA Site Visit information and contract specialist information for the incumbent contract: A) Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico Location: San Juan Metro Area Hyw 22 West exit 4 turn left on to PR Hwy 165 at second light past the Federal Prison Turn left into Fort Buchanan - report to Pass and ID to gain access to the POST. Vendor Site Meeting will be on Chrisman Road, Bldg 399 - Garrison Commander's Conference Room. You will need to provide your security clearance information in order to gain access to the C4 Facilities - You should allow 10 - 15 minutes for access to the Post - A list of all vendors who register with Ms. Rivera will be provided to the Provost Marsh all. B) The current specialist is Ivonne Luciano 787-294-1694, in her absense call Tammy Hamwerk at 732-532-5936. Current contract number is GSA GS-35F-49781H.
