Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation and 501(c)(3) organization, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the Presidio of San Francisco. The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. The ERP manual will be used by inexperienced response personnel to manage and coordinate emergency responses when emergencies and disasters occur. The selected contractor may use the existing ERP (National Park Service, 1996) as a foundation. Contractor must demonstrate experience with local emergency response agencies such as San Francisco Office of Emergency Services (OES), California OES, Travis Air Force Base, National Park Service, local Fire & Police Departments, hospitals, etc. Estimated start date late August 2002. Period of Performance 5 months. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to: (a) Proposed Price; (b) Experience on projects of similar scope and complexity; and (c) Past Performance, including references. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
