- The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Division is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) for; DESCRIPTION: 27 EA., CLUSTABLE COMPUTER WORKSTATION, included are, set of four (4) EA, Clustables; color, red - 002; used individually or cluster of four bi-level design computer tables, used individually or in a cluster of four (4) for classroom use. Both the monitor shelf and the keyboard shelf adjust from 25" to 33" high; keyboard shelf from 22" - 30" high. Monitor shelf is 20" deep; keyboard shelf is 12" deep. Workstation shall feature a work surface security rail; an adjustable (8" to 10" wide) interchangeable (right or left) CPU holder; caster (both locking); and a printer/book-storage platform. Back metal frame with laminated surfaces. Unassembled shipped from manufacture. DIMENSIONS: 82" Width x 82" Depth, all facing center, 66 1/2" Width x 65 1/2 Depth, back to back. The RFQ number is MDA412-02-T-0174. This solicitation is or commercial type products and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR PART 12 and 13), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac 2001-07) This announce constitutes the only Request For Quotation. No written RFQ will be issued. This RFQ is for small Business set-aside. Small businesses, small disadvantage business, women owned business are encouraged to participate. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Basis of Award: The government will award a purchase order to the contractor offering the best overall value to the Government, price and other factors will be considered. In addition to price, past performance will be used to evaluate offers where past performance is significantly more important than price. Evaluation of past performance does not require the creation or existence of a formal database, but may be on such information as the Contracting Officers Knowledge, previous work experience, customer surveys, etc. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 421210, and the size standard is 100. Interested/capable sources must be registered and provide a there Central Contract Registration (CCR) number along with there quote. Registration information for CCR is located at the following web-site; http://www.ccr.gov/. Offers are due 3:00 PM EST 26 July 2002.
