Description

This is a combined synopsis/Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and therefore, a formal solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Proposals are solicited with this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following: 5 EACH, PART NUMBER (Sachtler 5385/14); TRIPOD CAMERA; ENG; PORTABLE; MODEL: HOTPOD CF14; 100MM HEAD FITTING; INTEGRATED OFF-GROUND SPREADER & RUBBER PLATE; CARBON FIBRE LEGS, and 5 EACH; PART NUMBER (Vinten 3442-3), HEAD, TRIPOD FLUID; PAN & TILT; PRO ENG CAMERA; MODEL VISION 11 (Vinten PN: 3442-2) FITTED WITH HOTPOD ADAPTER (Vinten PN: 3330-27) +/- 90 DEGREE TILT RANGE; 14.3 TO 37.5 LBS CAPACITY; SINGLE TELESCOPIC PAN BAR; 100MM BALL BASE; ILLUMINATED LEVELING BUBBLE. NOTE: THE VISION 11 IS FITTED WITH THE HOTPOD ADAPTER TO BE MATED WITH THE SACHTLER TRIPOD
