- Description
- Requirement: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 4,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space together with seven (7) on-site, designated parking spaces. The Rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,094 BOMA Usable Square Feet (USF) to a maximum of 3,400 BOMA USF, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Term: The Lease Term shall be ten (10) years with cancellation rights by the Government after the fifth year of the lease. Location: Starting at Canal and Hudson Sts then proceed east to Centre St.; from Centre proceed south to Chambers St.; from Chambers proceed west to Hudson St.; from Hudson proceed north back to Canal St. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
