- Moving and Relocation Services for the State of Minnesota. This procurement will provide moving and relocation services to GSA in the State of Minnesota. The contractor(s) will be required to provide all management, supervision, supplies, labor tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule coordinate, and ensure effective completion of relocation of office furniture, shelving, equipment, materials, supplies, etc. from one location to another. The contractors shall provide services in accordance with the provisions of this contract on a job-by-job basis. The duration of the base contract will be for one year. The contract will include a provision for four (4) options; each will extend the contract for an additional one-year period. The maximum order limitation may not exceed seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00) for each one-year period. For informational purpose, the NAICS Code 541990. The Small Business Size Standard is $6 million. This procurement is set aside for Small Business Concerns only. Women-owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned small Businesses (SDVOB), and HUBZone are encouraged to participate.
