- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 7,249 rentable square feet and twenty nine (29) indoor parking spaces in Springfield, Illinois. The space should yield approximately 6,162 occupiable square feet of space. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Madison Street South: South Grand East: 11th Street West: McCarther Boulevard All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental considerations. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before July 1, 2003. Lease term will be for THREE years, with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 90 days written notice after the FIRST year. Expressions of interest should be received by July 17, 2002, reference Solicitation For Offers Number GS-05B-14652 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measure used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
