- Description
- The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement for data research and analysis support regarding the Littoral Warfare Advanced Development (LWAD) organization. The support shall include, but is not limited to, researching scientific and technical data files, records and archives pertaining to past, current, and prospective LWAD activities. The Contractor shall collect, collate, organize, process, and report on specified LWAD research activities involving sea test planning, environmental data collection and analysis, environmental compliance activities, and sea test logistics, operations, and reconstruction analyses. The Contractor shall also provide direct research support for compilation and processing of extant technical data, and LWAD research planning, status, and analysis reports. It is ONR?s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Marine Acoustics, Inc. which has performed environmental assessments on prior LWAD research efforts and is the current repository of the extant technical data. Contract period of performance is estimated to be from date of award through 10 March 2004. See Note 22. *****
