- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has an R&D requirement on a sole source basis to enhance the data processing and fusion station now under development under NRL Contract N00173-00-C-2069 with Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. (ITS) of Honolulu, HA. This work stems from the need for more capable sensors, more capable algorithms, less support from a reconnaissance system, and support of a flight test. Only the current developer, ITS, is able to add the leading-edge functionality required for this highly complex and sophisticated R&D system. No solicitation will be issued in response to this solicitation. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
