- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Eagle Picher Technologies. The procurement consist of the production of 675 SAP 9410 Batteries to meet critical requirements. The SAP 9410 battery was developed under NSWCIH contract N00174-99C-0038. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 332995. The FSC code is 6140. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
