- The work includes site work, two concrete hardstands, concrete masonry, minor wood framing, painting, electrical distribution, sanitary utilities, and incidental related work. The proposed contract is 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 233320 (SIC 1542) with a size standard of $28.5M. The estimated cost range is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 31 July 2002 at the ESOL website (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil). The bid opening date will be on or about 30 August 2002.
