- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: (1) Expedition PCB Pinnacle Application Software License, Floating one user (Quantity - 2 each) and (2) Design Capture Application Software License, Node Locked (Quantity - 2 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Mentor Graphics Corp. due to compatibility with the present electronic design software and proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the software license may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
