- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for Janitorial Services for two buildings located at S.O. Conte Anadromous Fish Research Center in Turners Falls, Massachusetts for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. The Main Laboratory Building consists of 5,644 square feet of carpeted floor area, 3,268 square feet of uncarpeted floor area and 3 bathrooms. The Fish Passage Building consists of 2,336 square feet of carpeted floor area, 2,353 square feet of uncarpeted floor area and 4 bathrooms. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) # 02ERQQ0125. Details may be viewed on the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The anticipated award date is August 9, 2002. THIS ACQUISITON WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. The SIC code for this acquisition is 7349. The NAICS code is 561720. Quotes are due by 12:00 p.m., July 31, 2002.
