Description

The work consists of enclosing the north and south porches of the seedling cooler. Work includes installing light gage metal framed walls, steel doors, sectional doors, metal duct, and lighting. Project site is in Klamath Falls Resource Area, Klamath County, Lakeview District, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is October 15, 2002 and performance time is 40 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will not be posted electronically, interested parties must request a copy via e-mail at or952mb@or.blm.gov, fax 503-808-6312, or phone 503-808-6218. As the number of solicitation packages for this procurement is limited, they will be made available to parties having a legitimate interest on a first-come, first-served basis (FAR 5.102(a)).
