- NA Guidance Counselor Services in support of Fort Leavenworth Directorate of Community Activities (DCA) on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. There will be two awards. The first award shall provide Counseling services for ACS Family Support Group Trainer/ Unit Coordin ator/ Waiting Spouse & Army Family Team Building/ Sponsorship Programs. This is a Labor Hour Type Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the period of 2 Aug 02 through 30 Sep 02. This will be a base year plus 2 option years. The second award shall provide Coun seling Services for Reestablishing the Family Employment Readiness Program. This is a Labor Hour Type BOA for the period of 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with one option year. The Independent Government Estimate is for approximately 35 hours per week per awar d. Award will be based on best value to the government. This acquisition is restricted to small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 624190. The size standard for the small business concern including i ts affiliates is average annual sales and receipts for the proceeding three (3) years, not to exceed $ 6.0 million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number DABT19-02-Q-0014 will be issued on or about 18 July 2002. SOLICIATION AVAILABILITY.
