Description

NA Work includes but is not limited to: Repair 57 squares of damaged asphalt/fiberglass shingled roofs post wide (post wide is defined as approximately 100 buildings). Areas varies from a few shingles to several squares of shingles; Replace approximately 1440 linear feet of fascia post wide; repair/replace approximately 438 linear feet of soffits post wide; replace approximately 1,770 linear feet of gravel stops on EPDM roofs post wide; remove and replace seven complete asphalt/fiberglass shingled roof systems ; Replace approximately 10 square feet of l? decking, one square of shingles, fascia, and guttering on one building; replace approximately 110 square feet of siding (one building 90 square feet and one building 20 square feet); Replace approximately 60 li near feet of metal soffit on one building. All items included labor, material. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a firm fixed-price type contract. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competit iveness Demonstration program. The size standard for small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235610. Bidders must be registered the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. IFB is to be issued on or about 17 July 02. Bidders are required to download the IFB and any associated amendments from http: www.tac.eustis.army.mil. However, the Drawings and Specifications cannot be obtained from the downloading process. In order to ensure receipt of the Drawings and Specifications and in order to maintain an active Bidders Mailing List, bidders must request the Drawings and Specifications in writing. Requests may be faxed to Leo Burris at 913-684-1641 and must also include the following: DABT19-02-B-0009, Taxpayer Identification Number, Business Address (Zip Code +4), and type of business concern?Woman-Owned Minority or Veteran-Owned, Small or Large Business, Hub-Zoned Certified.
