- NA Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announc ement constitutes the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to enter into an award with Communications Solutions, Inc on a sole source basis and is in the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written so licitation will not be issued. Alternate items will not be considered. This NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Purchase Request Number IAIM-DA-MSPR-01, is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may i dentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. All quotations received within 3 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicita tion document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3699. The solicitation consists of the following: MS Premier Support CL IN 0001, TAM Services, Clin 0002 100 Technical Support Incidents, CLIN 0003 TAM On-Site Visits for a period of 1 year. . The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items must be included with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
