- NA Provide Speech Therapy Services for students enrolled in the Fort Bragg Schools, Fort Bragg, NC, grades preschool through grade 9, and for students enrolled at Pope Elementary School, Pope Air Force Base, NC, grades preschool through grade 4, during the pe riod 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated. The services shall consist of a therapeutic approach involving screening, consultations, evaluations, and the constant process of re-evaluation using techniques, a ctivities, and objectives to reflect the change of students? needs during the speech therapy process. The estimated number of students is 93 among the nine schools. Contact hours, per student varies, according to their individualized education program (IE P). The Speech Therapist(s) will use a combination of consultative and direct therapy service delivery models as determined by the student?s individualized education program. Types of disabilities which may require treatment include autistic, hearing imp aired, visually impaired, mentally handicapped, orthopedically impaired, multi-handicapped, traumatic brain injury, other health impaired, deaf-blind, specific learning disabled, speech/language impaired, preschool developmentally delayed, seriously emotio nally disturbed. Some students are severely disabled. This acquisition is being set-aside for small business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621340 (formally known as Standard Industry Code (SIC) 8049), threshol d of $6.0 million. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
