Description: NA The U.S. Army AMCOM intends to award a sole-source contract to Thomas Group, Inc. of Irving Texas for the acquisition of Process Value Management analyses of the existing aviation fleet training operations at Ft. Rucker, AL. Competition for this effort is not available as this process improvement methodology is proprietary to the Thomas Group, Inc. However, proposals from all responsible sources will be considered by the Government. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price with performance from ap proximately 1 August 2002 through 30 September 2002.
