- This is a presolicitation notice for commercial services. The solicitation number is F08602-02-JP028, Request for Quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Service, the size standard of which is $21,000,000 in annual receipts. This procurement is a Set-Aside in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. DESCRIPTION: Provide computer operations support for the Family Support Center and manage the Employment Resource Center at MacDill AFB, FL. REQUIREMENTS: ITEM 001: Services, Non-personal: Contractor must have at least a 4-year degree in Information Systems and at least 5-years of practical experience, to include creating web pages and web maintenance. Services to be provided include: troubleshooting computers, peripheral equipment and software, to include resolving problems and/or making recommendations to resolve problems; setting-up, installing and reconfiguring hardware and software; and providing customers and staff members with instructions on their use. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Services are to be performed at the Family Support Center in MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: From 1 October 2002, to 30 September 2003, with a one-year follow-on option. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: Offerors are to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items along with their quotes in response to the Request for Quote.
