- Description
- Amendment 3 - This amendment corrects an error at the end of Section A, para 1, Statement of Objective/Needs. The last two sentences of the para are hereby changed to read, "The first phase is a three-year effort beginning in FY02 and ending in FY05, the second phase will end in FY07. An average of approximately two to three person-years per fiscal year will be devoted to the current effort." The change paragraph clarifies the discrepancy in performance time; in accordance with Section A, para 3, the schedule remains 36 total months for delivery of the Phase I Final Report and 24 additional months for delivery of the Phase II Final Report.
