- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs, San Francisco intends to award a contract for the preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of two (2) dialysis machines: (1 ea)Cobe Century Dialysis Machine Serial No. 3C39380, located in Goldriver, CA; and (1 ea) Cobe Century 3 Dialysis Machine, Serial No. 3C36938, located in Fairfield, CA. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff and expertise, to provide these services. Contract period 1 year plus two option years. Commence approximately: Oct. 1, 2002 through Sept. 30, 2003. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation via VA website: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm under solicitation number: 261-0222-02.
