- Description
- Furnish 24 hour ambulance service for the beneficiaries of the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC. Firms must be licensed in the state of NC. Level of service required is EMT-1 and Paramedic, both functioning within the scope of practice as defined by the NC Depart of Health & Human Services and its' regulations applicable to EMS Systems. NAICS code for this procurement is 621910. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. Small Business size standard is $6M. Contract period is for a base year plus four (4) option years, subject to the availability o funding. Requests for solicitations must be in writing; telephone or fax requests will not be honored. Solicitation package (paper copies only) will be available on/about August 8,2002; date for receipt of proposals will be on/about September 11,2002 at 3:00 pm, EDT. Solicitations will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until the supply of 20 sets is exhausted.
