- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform quarterly preventive maintenance and repair service on the Anesthesia equipment located at the VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 81121. The contract is for (1) base year and (2) option years. The solicitation documents will be available on-line on or about July 31, 2002. Some of the equipment that will be covered by his contract are Model MODULUS II Plus anesthesia machine includes GMS/MKS Absorber; Model 2120 NIPB Monitor; Model 5210-B/C CO2 Monitor; Model 7810 Ventilator; Model MODULUS III Includes Model 7850 Ventilator; GMS Absorber; Model MODULUS CD3 Anesthesia machine includes Control Module; Display POD, Absorber.
