- VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Bellsouth Telecommunications, 2180 Lake Blvd, MS 11B01, Atlanta, GA 30319, for PRI Service (Communications) to DORN VAMC, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, S. C. 29209, for the basic period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, plus four one year options. Applicable NAICS code is 514191. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax 706-481-6741. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposal will be issued o/a 7/19/02. NAICS code is 514191 and size standard is $21.0 Million.
