- Loran-C Transmitter Test Set, Part Number 01-7090. The Loran-C transmitter is used to test performance of Loran-C transmitter modules. The quantity is 1 each. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to U.S. Coast Guard ELC, Baltimore, MD 21226. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting which the contractor will be responsible for uploading, the solicitation and all amendments. Attention: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
