- Description
- This is a synopsis for ship repair under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is DTCG80-02-Q-3NB556. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Past Performance and Price will be used to evaluate offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611. The small business size standard is less than 1,000 employees. The acquisition is for dockside repairs for the USCGC DAUNTLESS (WMEC 907) at the vessel?s homeport of Galveston, TX. Contractor is to provide all material, equipment, power, and labor to replace an estimated 724 sqft of existing vinyl tile flooring system with cosmetic epoxy resin deck covering, Type III (one-step) in accordance with MLCA STD SPEC 6341_STD 2001 Edition.
