- FCI WASECA will be soliciting to find a contractor to provide post-secondary classes in certification in Human Resource Development and Supervisory Management. The solicitation will be available on or after July 24, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
