- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003 Attention: Sharon Gatenby. The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes, but is not limited to: above and below ground inspection; nondestructive evaluation; furnishing and applying ground line treatment, internal decay treatment, and preventative fumigant treatment; and tagging and preparing inspection reports on the wood poles on approximately 263 miles of transmission line. The work is located in Colorado, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about August 1, 2002 at the following site: http://www.e-center.doe.gov/
