- COBBLEREST CAMPGROUND HAND PUMP AND WELL: This construction project consists of drilling a well, furnishing and installing a hand pump,constructing a two car asphalt turnout by the hand pump, enlarging and asphalting the host spur, and installing waterline to the host site. This project is estimated at $25,000 - $100,000. The project is located at the Cobblerest Campground which is 17 miles east of Kamas,Utah along Utah State Highway 150 (The Mirrow Lake Highway) This project is estimated to be uploaded on August 1, 2002. This construction project is set aside for small business.
