- NSN 5960-01-244-1591, FPE02189000340, ELECTRON TUBE. Technical data is not available for competitive distribution, therefore the item is purchased in accordance with the OEM approved sources of supply: Communicaitons and Power Ind. (99313) P/N VTH-6176D6 or Norhtrop Grumman Systems (97942) P/N 585R420H07. Ship 11 each to New Cumberland, PA and 24 each to Hill AFT, UT. FOB is destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Delivery is phased at 25 in 150 days, and each additional 30 every month thereafter until shipment is completed. Note 26 applies. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of August 5, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed solicitation contains an 100% option for increased quantities in accordance with clause I30. This solicitation is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data: therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
