- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES), intends to procure, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Information Systems, engineering and technical services to allow the current Machinery Control System (MCS) to provide plant parameter information to the Integrated Condition Assessment System (ICAS).
