- Description
- The US Postal Service hereby solicits proposals for ocean shipping transportation of mail in containers from the described departure port in the United States of America (US) to the destination port or return from the designated country port to the US, as described in this solicitation. This is a firm-fixed price contract type and a competitive commercial procurement. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the USPS Purchasing Manual. This solicitation anticipates multiple awards. Solicitation ISO 02-01 is hereby incorporated by reference with the changes described below.
